Michael D. Conte, O.D.
Dr. Conte received his BS in Biology at Baylor University and his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry.
He currently owns 2 offices: Fort Worth Vision and Learning Center/Quality Eyecare and Azle VisionSource.
Dr.Conte has been in this area for over twenty years and is well known for his devotion to his patients. One of Dr.Conte's specialities is his work with children with learning disabilities due to vision problems. Dr. Conte also has many years of experience in fitting and achieving visual success in a wide range of contact lens types.
Dr.Conte has two boys that he is very proud of. He is a past president of his Local Optometric Association and is very involved in many charities including the Children's Hope Network and his community. He enjoys racquetball, traveling, snow-skiing, exercising, church and his family.

Jeffrey R. Crabtree, O.D.
Dr. Crabtree, who provides patient care at both practice locations, graduated with his BS in nutritional science from Oklahoma State University. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in May 2006. Dr. Crabtree served two externships, the first at The Eye Center in Fayetteville, AR, an active co-management practice with emphasis on diagnosis and management of ocular disease. He worked closely with 4 ophthalmologists and 3 optometrists, receiving the highest evaluation possible for an extern. The second externship was at an active solo practice in Plano, TX with emphasis of training in pediatric optometry and management of learning disabilities related to the visual system as well as experience in rehabilitation of traumatic brain injury.
A native of Oklahoma, he enjoys tennis, golfing, biking, fitness, and traveling.

Barry Fretwell, O.D.
Dr. Fretwell works part time at the Quality Eyecare and Azle Vision Source locations. His undergraduate and professional studies were done in Alabama. After receiving his BS from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in from the School of Optometry, University Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama. He has been practicing in Texas for 20 years.
Dr. Fretwell has completed specialized therapeutic ocular and systemic pharmalogical studies at the University of Houston College of Optometry. He is therapeutically certified by the Texas Board of Optometry in the treatment of eye injuries and infections and has extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of eye disorders, having done over 55,000 eye exams. He also is the recipient of the prestigious American Optometric Association's Recognition Award.

Betty McWilliams, ABOC, FNAO
Certified Optician and Practice Administrator for Fort Worth Vision and Learning Center/Lake Worth Vision Source! and Azle Vision Source!. Betty has been in the Optical business more than 30 years. She was Director of Training for 1st Eye Care and worked for Dr. Craig Hughes for 10 years. She has brought quality service for 10 years to our patients and her vast experience and expertise is very valuable to our practice. Betty is a Certified Optician and a member of the National Academy Of Opticianary. Betty's speciality is Customer Service and solving problems for patients who are having trouble with their new prescriptions or the proper alignment. Betty and the Doctors work with the staff to give the best patient care and the most value you can get anywhere. Betty enjoys traveling with her husband and their lake house,jet sking and most of all her two grand-daughters and her family.
